For the first time ever, we are organizing a unique opportunity for a small group of 8-10 intermediate-high to advanced Russian-language learners to travel to Yerevan, the capital of Armenia, and study Russian with Susanna Nazarova while exploring this amazing country.
Semi-Immersive Language Program:
The formula of this program is very simple. We each make our own travel arrangements to and from Yerevan (Americans don’t need visas) and find our own accommodations in the city. Susanna will rent a larger place where we will meet Monday through Friday, for 3 hours of class. We will speak only Russian during class. Out of class, it is totally up to you. You can speak Russian or English, no pressure. So, if you would like to bring your partner who does not speak Russian, you are welcome to do so. If you want to immerse yourself in Russian outside of class as well, you will have the opportunity to speak as much Russian as you wish, with Susanna, each other, and the local people. Everybody in Yerevan speaks Russian!
Exploring Armenia:
Out of class, we will enjoy the city of Yerevan, have meals, take side trips to explore the region, together or separately, in Russian or in English. We think of this as a trip with a diverse group of friends, most of whom have never met before, but share a desire to master their Russian, a sense of adventure, and a yearning to expand their world.

- We recommend you plan to arrive on or before May 7th so that you attend Monday morning classes on May 8.
